Renee Alexander is the CEO of Mrs. Renee’s Health Solutions LLC. In this role, Renee oversees health education, wellness coaching, spiritual healing of the mind, body, and soul for individual clients. 

Renee has a B.S. in Marketing, Certified Holistic Feminine Health Care Instructor, Certified Holistic and Integrative Health Instructor, and Yoni/ Vaginal Steam Instructor. 

Renee is uniquely qualified to help individuals renew their mind, body, and soul by providing specialized care in womb health, yoni steaming, holistic health care, and feminine wellness health care through natural healing. 

Renee is passionate about transforming lives because she has successfully transformed her own life from Corporate America to Entrepreneurship. Renee spent over 30 years in Corporate America, for a Fortune 500 company.

Renee's goal is to teach people how to become a better version of themselves through self-care and cleansing from the inside out. She is an amazing mother of 3, a super cool grandmother of 3, and has been accompanied by a loving husband, Mr. Alexander for 31 years.

Anthony S. Alexander I is a dedicated husband, father of 3, educator, and entrepreneur. Anthony and Renee have worked together for over 20 years with several different business ventures. Both of them have decided to concentrate on helping people heal themselves.  

Anthony has an M.Ed. in Business Education,  a B.S. in Finance, and currently pursuing a Ed.S.  Anthony has studied nutrition for over 30 years with a passion to "help people help themselves" through nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes.

Anthony studied and learned about nutrition by attending Dr. Stephen Tate's seminars. It is from Dr. Tate's tutelage that instilled in Anthony a requirement to "always do your own research before you put anything in your body"...that advice has always guided him when advising others about leading a healthy lifestyle.
